We gladly accept cancellations, request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns and exchange details, we accept returns on non-custom and non-personalized products when notified within 24 hours of the shipment arriving. We do not accept returns on any customized products or personalized products. Before sending out each bed we triple check to make sure it is exactly what you ordered.
Because each of our beds is custom made, we cannot accept any returns on custom or personalized products. If your shipment arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
